One thought on “How Eliot Encapsulated a Time Period in his Poetry”
Sorry about the ‘look’ – it was the easiest way to transfer it into an online piece from the format you sent it in.
Structurally, you’ve done something different here. You identify some conventions of modernism and then give reference to his poetry under each banner. This isn’t bad/wrong, it just means that if a reader is only interested in one poem then they need to skip forward here and there. That said, your title shows that your focus is on the time period (although ‘literary movement’ may have been better) so your approach makes sense. Stylistically, this looks like a FAQ for a museum or art gallery – that’s pretty cool.
